Terms of Service

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

The Chicago Group Travel Terms of Service (“Terms”) is a legal agreement between you and C&G Group Travel LLC, d/b/a Chicago Group Travel (“Chicago Group Travel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) that governs your interaction on Chicago Group Travel.com (the “Site”) and your purchases and use of products and services made available through the Site.  The term “you” refers to the customer visiting the Site and/or booking a reservation through us on the Site or through our service providers.  By accessing or using the Site, making any reservation on the Site, or contacting any of our service providers to make a reservation, you agree that the Terms then in force shall apply. If you do not agree to the Terms, please do not use or book any reservations through the Site or our service providers.  We have the right to change the Terms at any time without notice, effective upon its posting to our Chicago Group Travel website. Your continued use of Chicago Group Travel shall be considered your acceptance to the revised Terms.

Use of the Site

As a condition to using the Site, you warrant and agree that:

1. You are at least 18 years of age;

2. You have the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation;

3. All information you provide on this Site is true, accurate, current, and complete; and

4. You will use the Site in accordance with these Terms.

We retain the right, in our sole discretion, to deny you access to the Site, at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violating these Terms.

Prohibited Activities

The content and information on the Site (including, but not limited to, price and availability of travel services) as well as the infrastructure used to provide such content and information, is proprietary to us. While you may make limited use of travel itinerary and related documents for travel or service reservations booked through the Site, you agree not to otherwise modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell or re-sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from or through the Site. You also agree not to:

1. Use the Site or its contents for any commercial purpose;

2. Make any false or fraudulent reservation; or

3. Access, monitor, or copy any content or information of the Site using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means or any manual process for any purpose without our express written permission.

LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES

The Site may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by parties other than Chicago Group Travel. Such hyperlinks are provided for your reference only. We do not control such websites and are not responsible for their contents or the privacy or other practices of such websites. Further, it is up to you to take precautions to ensure that whatever links you select or software you download (whether from this Site or other websites) is free of such items as viruses, worms, trojan horses, defects and other items of a destructive nature. Our inclusion of hyperlinks to such websites does not imply any endorsement of the material on such websites or any association with their operators.

SERVICE PROVIDER TERMS

Service providers may require you to agree to additional terms and conditions in connection with the products and services you purchase from them. Please read all additional terms and conditions carefully. You agree to abide by all additional terms and restrictions, including without limitation, availability, age and occupancy requirements, pet policies, policies on children, fares and other restrictions. You agree that any violation of any such terms and/or restrictions may result in cancellation of your reservation, forfeiture of costs and expenses in connection with your reservation, and being charged by Chicago Group Travel for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.

BOOKING AVAILABILITY

It’s possible that your booking may be available when you place an order, but becomes unavailable prior to the date of the activity. If this occurs, your sole remedy is to contact Chicago Group Travel or the service provider to make alternative arrangements.

‍CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS

There will be no refunds given when you choose to cancel or change your reservation.

Our “Switch Your Trip” Program

A one-time transfer via our “switch your trip” program is available up to 4 weeks before departure date. If you transfer to a trip of lesser value the difference will remain as a credit with Chicago Group Travel towards future trips. This program is available on all trips unless otherwise stated during registration. Credit with Chicago Group Travel is a lifetime credit and can only be used towards Chicago Group Travel trips.

In certain extreme situations, Chicago Group Travel may waive its strict refund and transfer policies. Waiver of such policies is at Chicago Group Travel’s sole discretion and are limited to EXTREME circumstances that provide all requested documentation.

Deposit and refund policies

All trips, unless otherwise stated, offer you the chance to reserve your seat with a deposit when booking at least 6 weeks before departure. Full trip payment is due 6 weeks before departure. Failure to pay your trip balance on time will result in the loss of your deposit and seat on your trip.  All trips/deposits are nonrefundable. A one-time transfer via our “switch your trip” program is available up to 4 weeks before departure date.

Late Payments

Late payments can result in forfeiture of your spot on a Chicago Group Travel trip or an additional penalty of $15 per day if the invoice is late. The choice of forfeiture or late fees is at Chicago Group Travel’s sole discretion.

Damages and Incidental Policies

Upon the end of a trip Chicago Group Travel will check the inventory of each property. Anything broken or lost will have to be paid for by the responsible person. If Chicago Group Travel cannot determine who is responsible the group will have to share the bill (for housing accommodations the group is all roommates, and for coworking it is the entirety of participants on the trip). 

You are agreeing that all costs charged to you by Chicago Group Travel can be charged on your next billing cycle or through a separate invoice. You are free to dispute any charges within 6 days of receiving the invoice or bill, however, final discretion is at Chicago Group Travel’s discretion. Chicago Group Travel will charge the cost of repairing the items and any labor required to do so. 

Please remember that you will be staying in places that are rentals and belong to someone else. Please treat their property with the respect you would show your own property. If you are removed for disrespecting property you will have to obtain your own accommodation at your own cost. You also must follow all checkout procedures.

 

Workplace Policies

While at a provided coworking space you are expected to behave professionally and with respect for others. Failure to do so may result in a loss of coworking space access privileges, or potentially removal from Chicago Group Travel’s program.

Participants Responsibility

I understand and acknowledge that Chicago Group Travel does not represent or act as an agent for, and cannot control the acts or omissions of, any host institution, host family, transportation carrier, hotel, tour organizer, or other provider of goods or services.

​

I understand and acknowledge that Chicago Group Travel assumes no responsibility or liability, in whole or in part, for: any delayed or changed departure or arrival times; fare changes, dishonors of hotel, airline, or vehicle rental reservation, missed carrier connections; sickness, disease, injuries (including death), losses, damages, weather, strikes, acts of God, circumstances beyond the control of Chicago Group Travel, force majeure, war, quarantine, civil unrest, kidnapping, public health risks, criminal activity, terrorism, expense, accident, injuries, or damage to and lost property; bankruptcies of airlines or other service providers; inconveniences, cessation of operations, mechanical defects, failure or negligence of any nature whatsoever caused in connection with any accommodations, restaurant, transportation, or other service or for any substitution of hotels or of common carriers beyond Chicago Group Travel’s control, with or without notice; or for any additional expense occasioned by any of the foregoing. If due to weather, flight schedules, or other uncontrollable factors, I am required to spend additional nights in the Destination or another location, Chicago Group Travel will not be responsible for my hotel, transfers, meal costs, or other expenses. My baggage and personal property are transported entirely at my risk.

 

INCIDENTAL FEES

The purchases made through Chicago Group Travel do not include incidental expenses, except as specifically described in your itinerary, and you are liable for all such incidental expenses that you incur during, or in anticipation of, your purchased product and/or service. These things may include but are not limited to: airfare to the destination, lunches, incidental expenses, alcohol, and any entrance or departure fees into the destination country.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

You agree and acknowledge that in order to participate in any Chicago Group Travel travel insurance is required. The insurance that you obtain must adequately cover you for medical expenses, accidents, property loss, and curtailment or cancellation of your trip. Such insurance is not included with your purchase on the Site. Proof of insurance will be required prior to departure and lack thereof will result in cancellation of participation in Chicago Group Travel.

It is mandatory that all attendees obtain travel insurance with a minimum coverage of $200,000 USD while traveling with Chicago Group Travel. Such insurance must cover personal injury, medical expenses, loss of or damage to luggage, repatriation expenses, and evacuation expenses.

TRAVELER SAFETY / EXPULSION

Chicago Group Travel and Service providers from which you purchase products and/or services reserve the right, in their absolute discretion, to expel attendees whose statements, acts, or omissions threaten the safety of themselves or others, or disrupt the trip in any way. Expelled attendees will not be entitled to a refund, will be responsible for any costs they must incur as a result of such expulsion, including without limitation, replacement accommodations and return travel, and may be subject to liability for any harm or damages arising out of their statements, acts, or omissions. You agree and acknowledge that Chicago Group Travel and Service providers are under no legal duty to expel attendees and are not responsible for the conduct of attendees. You acknowledge that you will be billed for any damage to hotels and will be held responsible for your actions. I agree to the "General Rules" listed on the Trip Details page of the trip you are purchasing.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

The information, software, products and services published on the Site may include inaccuracies or errors, including pricing errors. In particular, we do not guarantee the accuracy of, and disclaim all liability for any errors or other inaccuracies relating to the information and description of the hotel and other travel products and services displayed on the Site (including, without limitation, the pricing, photographs, list of hotel amenities, general product descriptions, etc.). In addition, we expressly reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on the Site and/or pending reservations made under an incorrect price.

In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of, or in any way connected with, your access to, display of or use of this Site or with the delay or inability to access, display or use the Site (including, but not limited to, any computer viruses, information, software, linked sites, products and services obtained through this Site; or otherwise arising out of the access to, display of or use of the Site) whether based on a theory of negligence, contract, tort, strict liability, consumer protection statutes, or otherwise, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

If, despite the limitation above, we are found liable for any loss or damage which arises out of or in any way connected with any of the occurrences described above, then our liability will in no event exceed, in the aggregate, the greater of (a) the service fees you paid to us in connection with such transaction(s) on the Site, or (b) One-Hundred Dollars (US$100.00) or the equivalent in local currency.

The limitation of liability reflects the allocation of risk between the parties. The limitations specified in this section will survive and apply even if any limited remedy specified in these Terms is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, under no circumstances and under no legal theory (including, without limitation, tort, contract, strict liability, or otherwise) shall Chicago Group Travel be liable to you, your employer, your client(s) or potential client(s), your guests/visitors, or to any other person for (a) any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including damages for lost profits, loss of goodwill, work stoppage or delays, regardless of whether Chicago Group Travel has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or (b) any change in your employment status as a result of participating, or (c) any amount, in the aggregate, in excess of the amounts paid by you to Chicago Group Travel in connection with the program or the services in the twelve (12) month period preceding the applicable claim, or (d) any matter beyond our reasonable control. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitation and exclusions may not apply to you or may only apply to you in part. In connection with your trip, Chicago Group Travel shall not be liable to you for damages for emotional distress, mental suffering or psychological injury of any kind, under any circumstances.

 

LEGAL

Time Limitation for any Legal Action brought by a participant. Any claim against Chicago Group Travel or any affiliate or legal action whether based on contract, tort, statutory, constitutional or other legal rights, including without any limitation bodily injury, illness to or death of a passenger, alleged violations of discrimination or civil rights, consumer or privacy laws, or other statutory, constitutional or legal rights, or for any damages, or losses, or expenses relating to or in any way involving out of or connected by any means with the Program or Services, or against Chicago Group Travel must be started within one (1) year from the date of illness, injury, or death or the date of the incident giving rise to the claim occurred or else shall be waived irrevocably, notwithstanding any law or provision of any state, country or international convention that is contrary.

Agreement to Arbitrate

You agree that any claim or dispute whether based on contract, tort, statutory, constitutional or other legal rights, including without limitation bodily injury, illness to or death of a passenger, alleged violations of civil rights, discrimination, consumer or privacy laws, or other statutory, constitutional or legal rights, or for any losses, damages or expenses relating to or in any way arising out of or connected with your Program, the Services, or against Chicago Group Travel, with the sole exception of claims brought and litigated in small claims court, shall be referred to and resolved only by binding arbitration that will be administered in the English language, in accordance with the Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures of Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services (JAMS), Inc. and administered by a single commercial arbitrator with reasonable experience in resolving commercial contract disputes. The arbitrator must be selected from the appropriate list of JAMS arbitrators in accordance with such Rules. Judgment upon award rendered by such arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the before mentioned obligation to arbitrate disputes, each party will have the right to pursue equitable or injunctive relief at any time, from any court of competent jurisdiction.

Fees for Arbitration

JAMS rules shall govern payment of arbitration fees. You are responsible for all fees and costs that you incur in the arbitration.

The use of Small Claims Court

Either you or Chicago Group Travel may assert claims, qualified claims, in small claims court in Chicago, Illinois only. The participant and Chicago Group Travel further agree to allow the taking of a deposition that will be under oath of the participant asserting their claim, or for whose behest the claim is asserted, in such arbitration. 

Agreement to Waive a Jury Trial

Both parties agree that they will waive the right to a jury trial or have pre-arbitration discovery except as provided in the JAMS rules. To be clear YOU AND Chicago Group Travel WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO A JURY TRIAL, and instead elect to have the dispute resolved by a judge.

Waiver of Class Action Rights

THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS PROVIDE FOR THE RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES THROUGH INDIVIDUAL LEGAL ACTION OR ARBITRATION ONLY. YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL ONLY BRING LITIGATION ON YOUR OWN BEHALF INSTEAD OF THROUGH ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. EVEN WHEN THE APPLICABLE LAW ALLOWS  OTHERWISE, YOU AGREE THAT ANY LAWSUIT OR ARBITRATION AGAINST CHICAGO GROUP TRAVEL WHATSOEVER WILL BE LITIGATED BY A PARTICIPANT INDIVIDUALLY AND NOT AS A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. EACH PARTICIPANT AGREES TO WAIVE LAWS THAT ENTITLE THE PARTICIPANT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION. If any claim is subject to arbitration under the clause for arbitration above, the arbitrator WILL have no authority to arbitrate claims on a class action basis. EVERY participant agrees that this class action waiver shall not be severable under any circumstances from the arbitration clause set forth in the arbitration above, and if for any reason this class action waiver is unenforceable as to any particular claim, only then can a claim be subject to arbitration.

RISKS AND INDEMNITY

You acknowledge and agree that participation in activities, such as adventure travel, involves inherent risks and dangers of accidents, personal and bodily injury (including death) and property loss or damage. You agree that you have considered the nature and extent of the risks involved and voluntarily choose to assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even those risks that result from the negligence of others and assume full responsibility for your participation in such activities.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chicago Group Travel, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, services providers and licensors from and against all losses, liabilities, costs (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and costs on appeal or at trial), damages, judgments, claims, of every kind and nature, to the fullest extent permitted by law, arising from or relating in any way to (i) your use of the Site, (ii) products or services you have purchased through the Site, (iii) your breach of these Terms or the documents referenced herein, or (iv) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

All trip schedules and activities are subject to change before and during the trip

We may cancel a trip at any time up to 4 weeks before departure if the minimum number of participants required for departure isn’t satisfied. We will advise if the trip does not have the minimum requirement at the time of booking. If we cancel your trip at our discretion and for reasons not out of our control you will receive a full refund. In circumstances where the cancellation is due to external events outside our reasonable control such as due to terrorism, natural disasters, political instability or other external events (such as COVID-19) we reserve the right to issue credit (in the amount of all monies paid to date) with expiration one year from the date of cancellation. In circumstances where the cancellation is out of our control notice may occur less than 30 days prior to departure. Further, in the event of cancellations out of our control (as mentioned prior) we may issue cash refunds less any unrecoverable costs. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking including but not limited to visas, vaccinations, travel insurance excess or non-refundable flights.

COVID-19 update

We may cancel any trip for COVID-19 related reasons which may be but not limited to boarder closings, outbreaks, increased community spread, accommodation cancellations or closures, transportation delays and/or cancellations,  and/or general safety (related to COVID-19 spread) of participants on a trip. If any trip is cancelled due to COVID-19 related reasons participants will receive credit in the amount of all monies paid which will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. This cancellation decision is at our (Chicago Group Travel) discretion.

Passports and Visas

Valid passports are required for travel to all international destinations. The traveler is responsible to ensure his/her passport is valid for at least 6 months after the departure date of the trip.  Check with the appropriate consulate or embassy for the latest visa requirements.

 

Pricing

Prices are based on current rates of exchange, tariffs and taxes. Chicago Group Travel reserves the right to increase tour prices to cover increased costs, tariffs and taxes, and to reflect fluctuations in foreign exchange markets. Chicago Group Travel also reserves the right to withdraw a tour or any part of it to make such alterations in the itinerary or with the tour inclusions as it deems necessary or desirable and to pass on to tour members any expenditures or losses caused by delays or events beyond its control. Itineraries and arranged sightseeing are subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond Chicago Group Travel's control. Every effort will be made to operate tours as planned, but alterations may occur after the final itinerary has been issued.  See Changes to Itineraries for further details. Chicago Group Travel may from time to time offer promotional pricing, discounts and/or coupons; any such promotions (discount from the stated original tour price) may not be combined with any other promotion and or discount.

 

Promotional Photography

Chicago Group Travel reserves the right to take photographs during the operation of any program or part thereof and to use them for promotional purposes. By booking with Chicago Group Travel, trip participants agree to allow their images to be used in such photographs. Trip participants who prefer that their images not be used must state so in their application.

 

Social Media and Digital Content

By joining a Chicago Group Travel trip you are agreeing to allow Chicago Group Travel the right to use or re-post for any purpose that Chicago Group Travel deems fit a royalty-free irrevocable license for, any image or video using or including the #ChicagoGroupTravel, #MaximizeYourFiveToNine or any written content (blog posts and articles) regarding Chicago Group Travel that you post on the internet and/or social media, or upload to a Chicago Group Travel shared photo album. You also agree that Chicago Group Travel without limitation may, reproduce, edit, modify, or adapt, or publish the above mentioned social post, You can opt out of this by sending a written notification to: hello@ChicagoGroupTravel.com

Submitting Photographs and Videos

By submitting photographs or videos, the person that is making the submission is showing and warranting that the photo is their own original work that it does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. They also are warranting that they obtained all necessary releases from subjects in said original work. They also grant to Chicago Group Travel a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, not-exclusive and fully are sublicensing the right to use, in any way Chicago Group Travel deems fit, forever, anywhere in the world, with the right to make commercial use, including with no limitation, editing, modifying, reproducing, adapting, or publishing, or making create deviations from the work, or  incorporating the work into other works and that they release Chicago Group Travel against any and all claims and expenses of any kind coming from or relating to the use by Chicago Group Travel.

Limits on Responsibility

Chicago Group Travel, its employees, officers, directors, successors, agents and assigns, does not own or operate any entity which is to or does provide goods or services for your trip. It purchases transportation (by aircraft, coach, train, vessel or otherwise), hotel and other lodging accommodations, restaurant, ground handling and other services from various independent suppliers (including from time to time other affiliated Chicago Group Travel companies). All such persons and entities are independent contractors. As a result Chicago Group Travel is not liable for any negligent or willful act of any such person or entity or of any third person.

Chicago Group Travel, acts solely as agents for the client with respect to all transportation, hotel and other tour arrangements. In that capacity, Chicago Group Travel exercises all reasonable care possible to ensure the traveler’s safety and satisfaction, but, Chicago Group Travel neither assumes nor bears any responsibility or liability for any injury, death, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity arising in connection with the services of any airplane, train, ship, automobile, motor coach, carriage, or other conveyance, or the actions of any third-party involved in carrying the traveler or in affecting these tours. Chicago Group Travel is not responsible for damages, additional expenses, or any other losses due to cancellation, delay or other changes in air or other services, sickness, weather, strike, war, civil disturbances, acts or threats of terrorism, travel warnings or bans, termination or suspension of war risks or other carrier insurance, quarantine, acts of God or other causes beyond its control. All such losses must be borne by the traveler, and tour rates provide for arrangements only for the time stated. Chicago Group Travel is not responsible for delays, changes or cancellation costs due to incorrect, incomplete or expired traveler documents. In the event of cancellation, delay or rescheduling mandated by any of the aforesaid causes beyond Chicago Group Travel’ control, the passenger shall have the option of accepting in lieu of the original tour such rescheduled tour or other substituted tour(s) as may be offered, or else, receiving a refund of as much of such advance tour expenditures as Chicago Group Travel can recover on the traveler’s behalf from carriers, third-party tour vendors, etc., but, Chicago Group Travel shall not have any obligation or liability to the traveler beyond the foregoing. Chicago Group Travel reserves the right to make alterations to a  tour’s itinerary and to substitute hotels, vehicles, ships, or activities if this is required.

In addition and without limitation, Chicago Group Travel is not responsible for any injury, loss, death, inconvenience, delay or damage to personal property in connection with the provision of any goods or services whether resulting from but not limited to acts of God or force majeure, illness, disease (such as COVID-19), spread from any disease (such as COVID-19), acts of war, civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, animals, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of services, food poisoning, mechanical or other failure of aircraft or other means of transportation or for failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time.

Travel Risks:

There are certain inherent risks in adventure travel of the type involved here. These include, but are not limited to, hiking, walking, climbing injuries and altitude sickness, and in all trips dangers of animals, inaccessibility to medical attention and difficulty in evacuation from remote locations in the case of a medical emergency. Passenger assumes all such risks with regard to these possibilities.

Travel Advisories/Warnings: It is the responsibility of The Traveler to become informed about the most current travel advisories and warnings by referring to the U. S. State Department’s travel website at www.travel.state.gov/ or by phone at 1-888-407- 4747. In the event of an active State Department Travel Warning against travel to the specific destination location(s) of the trip, should The Traveler still choose to travel, notwithstanding any travel advisory or warning, The Traveler assumes all risk of personal injury, death or property damage that may arise out of the events like those advised or warned against.

Travelers Representations: The Traveler represents that neither he nor she nor anyone traveling with him or her has any physical or other condition or disability that could create a hazard to himself or herself or other members of the tour. Chicago Group Travel reserves the right to decline to accept anyone on a trip. Chicago Group Travel reserves the right to remove from the trip, at his or her sole expense, anyone whose condition is such that he or she could create a hazard to himself or others, or otherwise impact the enjoyment of other passengers on the trip.

 

NOTICE OF INFRINGING MATERIAL

If you believe in good faith that materials hosted by us infringe your copyright, you (or your agent) may send us a written notice that includes the following information. Please note that we will not process your complaint if it is not properly filled out or is incomplete. Any misrepresentations in your notice regarding whether content or activity is infringing may expose you to liability for damages.

1. A clear identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.

2. A clear identification of the material you claim is infringing on the Site, such as a link to the infringing material.

3. Your address, email address and telephone number.

4. A statement that you have a "good faith belief that the material that is claimed as copyright infringement is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."

5. A statement that "the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."

6. A signature by the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

VISITORS

For Chicago Group Travel trips, visitors are not allowed. If your friend or significant other wants to join, they are encouraged to book a spot.

SEVERABILITY

If any part of the terms and conditions is found to be void, invalid, or unenforceable, that term will be deemed severable and limited or excluded to the least extent necessary. The voiding, invalidating or unenforceability of any clause will not affect any of the other terms or negate the rest of this agreement. The rest of the agreement will remain in full force and effect.

You cannot under any circumstance assign or transfer these terms and conditions or acceptance into the Chicago Group Travel program to anyone else without Chicago Group Travel’s prior written authorization. You also acknowledge and agree that the Terms and Conditions don’t create any partnership, agency, employment or joint venture between you and Chicago Group Travel. 

 

CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

Confidential Information. Throughout your participation in a Chicago Group Travel Program or while using Chicago Group Travel Services, you might be exposed to information such as, Chicago Group Travel vendors, other providers, trade secrets, documents, Chicago Group Travel processes, and procedures that are confidential, or proprietary to, or the intellectual property of Chicago Group Travel (all collectively referred to as “Confidential Information”). You agree not to: (i) collect and/or copy Chicago Group Travel’s Confidential Information for any use other than the enjoyment of your Chicago Group Travel trip. You also agree not to publish or disseminate  Confidential Information. You also agree not to use Confidential Information to compete or harm Chicago Group Travel.

If Chicago Group Travel does not enforce any part of the Terms and Conditions, it is not to be deemed any waiver of further rights.
